Welcome to PixelDoc. By downloading, accessing, or using the PixelDoc: PDF Scanner & Maker mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our application, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the application.

2. Scope of Service

PixelDoc provides local document scanning, image filtering, PDF creation, and digital signature features. All services are performed directly on your mobile device without remote data storage.

3. Ownership and Content

All scanned materials, documents, and compiled PDFs created by you using the app remain your exclusive property. We do not claim any rights, titles, or ownership over the documents you process using our application.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use PixelDoc only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the documents you scan, compile, sign, or share do not violate any local laws, intellectual property rights, or privacy regulations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelDoc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be completely free of errors, or that all document scans will be perfectly accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexaSoft Studios and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the application following the posting of updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
