Welcome to Daily Quiz. By downloading, accessing, or using the Daily Quiz - GK & Trivia mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our application, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the application.

2. Scope of Service

Daily Quiz provides a mobile learning platform featuring trivia challenges, score logs, category filters, and daily goals. The application uses internet access to update question databases and serve advertisements.

3. Intellectural Property

All trivia databases, designs, layouts, graphics, and code in the application are the exclusive intellectual property of NexaSoft Studios. You may not extract or reuse questions for commercial purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Daily Quiz only for personal, non-commercial, and lawful educational/entertainment purposes. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Daily Quiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we make effort to verify trivia answers, we do not warrant the absolute accuracy of all historical, scientific, or general knowledge statements in the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexaSoft Studios and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
