At NexaSoft Studios, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and process your data when you use the PixelDoc: PDF Scanner & Maker mobile application.

1. Information Collection and Use

PixelDoc is designed to operate primarily offline. All documents you scan, crop, edit, or sign are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, host, or transmit your scanned documents, images, or signature files to external servers.

2. Device Permissions Required

To provide core scanning and file management capabilities, PixelDoc requests the following permissions:

• Camera: Required to capture images of physical documents for scanning.
• Storage/Media Access: Required to import existing photos from your gallery and to save compiled PDF files directly to your device's storage.

3. Advertising and Analytics

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements in the application. AdMob may collect and process unique advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and device metadata to display relevant advertisements. This data collection is handled in compliance with Google Play's developer policies.

4. Data Security

All compiled PDFs and workspace files reside within your device's local application sandbox or your downloads folder. Since your data is not stored online, we cannot recover lost files. We encourage users to maintain regular backups of their device storage.
